“I had a wonderful experience at Ember Locke Kensington. The ambience of the property is beautiful, modern, and very relaxing. The overall atmosphere makes it a great place to stay whether you are visiting for business or leisure.The hospitality from the staff was excellent. A special mention to Praveen at the reception, who was extremely welcoming, respectful, and very insightful when assisting guests. His professionalism and warm attitude made the experience even better.The rooms, service, and location were all great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kensington and would be happy to stay here again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“I stayed in 2 different hotels in Kensington during my vacation. The other was a 5 star hotel and it felt very out of touch for your ordinary person, or uncomfortable. The Ember Locke is not that. It is a great place to stay, it made us feel more at home than we did at a larger hotel. The Cafe/Restaurant is great for all 3 meals. Great matcha, great pancakes, great pizza. The rooms are very warm and inviting, it makes it feel like your own place rather than a copy paste corporate hotel room. The staff was amazing all around; front desk, waitresses, baristas, etc. We were fully aware to not expect the room to be cleaned every day as it says on the website which seems to be a theme on some negative reviews for the hotel (do your own research before booking). For us it was no problem at all, we stayed 3 nights and if you’re a clean person to begin with you should have no problem with taking care of your own room. The cost per night is a great value. The location is also a plus being 25 minutes to the airport in a cab, 10 minute walk to High Street, and a short tube ride away from downtown. We would stay here again and again.”
“12/10 stay! We brought our little one (20 months) to London, and booked the Ember Suite. So spacious, and a wonderful find for our fam. The entire staff was so accommodating and kind (shout out Nosh!). We've stayed at a few properties abroad, and this one has been our fav. Will 100% be back!”
